Your Lettings Journey: Step-by-Step
Discovery & Viewing
Every property we market has been personally vetted by our team to ensure it meets the Luxury Hub Standard. Once you find a home you love, we’ll arrange a viewing so you can experience the space firsthand.
Making Your Application
If it feels like home, you’ll submit a formal application. Our Fair Pricing Commitment: As of 1st May 2026, we strictly adhere to UK regulations. Landlords cannot accept rent higher than the advertised price. Furthermore, we will never ask you to pay rent in advance. We believe in fair access for all tenants.
Offer Review
We present your application to the landlord. They may accept, decline, or ask a few follow-up questions to ensure the fit is right for both parties.
Securing the Property
Once your offer is accepted, you will pay a Holding Deposit (equivalent to one week’s rent). This takes the property off the market while we complete the referencing process.
Paperwork & Preparation
We handle the heavy lifting to ensure you are legally protected. We will provide a clear Rent Schedule, payment details, your Tenancy Agreement, Deposit Protection information and a detailed Inventory & Check-in Report to document the property’s condition.
Moving In & Maintenance
Once you have the keys, we remain your point of contact throughout your tenancy. Should any maintenance issues arise, you can report them directly to us and we will ensure these are directed to the relevant party for a swift resolution
Annual Property Visits
Once a year, we’ll visit the property. We prefer you to be present for these as it’s a great opportunity to chat face-to-face about any minor issues or improvements you’d like to discuss.
Moving On
When it’s time to move, we complete a professional checkout on the day your notice expires. We pride ourselves on fairness; all deposit resolutions are dealt with swiftly.
