Our launch rate is 0.6% including VAT, equivalent to 0.5% + VAT.

A minimum fee of £1,500 + VAT applies, equivalent to £1,800 including VAT.

Third-party costs may still apply separately, such as conveyancing, EPCs, specialist reports, staging or clearance. We will be clear about these before you decide to instruct us.
